Comment period for Resilient Together is open. I think it’s worth asking what efforts will be made to address building in flood zones — or rather, to say we shouldn’t be. From what I’ve read, this plan doesn’t really address the issue. This plan has a number of good aspects (aspirations), but that is a major flaw.
